  1. I don’t have Paypal, how do I register for a workshop?
    You may choose the BPI bank deposit option when you click on the checkout button. The PayPal express button under it is a different one. PayPal users can use that for faster checkout. 🙂 You may also send payments through BPI online money transfer.
  2. How many slots do you have for your workshops?
    We can only accommodate up to seven (7) people per workshop at our studio.
  3. Where do I register for your silversmithing classes?
    Our silversmithing classes are under Studio 925. We have moved all silversmithing course details and registration to our studio’s own website. You can also sign up through email with
  4.  When is the deadline of payment so I can secure my slot?
    The deadline of payment for workshops is five (5) business days after your registration date. Workshops not paid for within the deadline will be automatically cancelled by our system.  A notification email will be sent to you when your registration has been cancelled.
  5. Can I cancel my attendance to your workshop?
    Yes, but cancellations must be made at least a week in advance to give room for other sign ups. We will then move you to the next available workshop date.
  6. Can I get a refund if I won’t be able to attend?
    Sorry, but there will absolutely be no refunds. Paying for your slot confirms your attendance, which means we have already bought the materials for your kit. We can move you to the next available workshop date instead. Registration is also transferable, so in case you won’t be able to attend the next one, you can opt to have a friend take your place.
  7. What if I’m the only one who signed up for this particular workshop?
    Unfortunately we will have to dissolve the class and transfer you to the next workshop date. However, we will only transfer once as we consider it disrespectful to our students if we keep dissolving the classes they are in.
  8. I think I’m going to be late for my private workshop/class! What do I do?
    Please inform us at least an hour beforehand if you’re going to arrive late. If you are late for more than 45 minutes without giving us prior notice, we will cancel your slot and we will not offer a refund. You will be considered as a chance passenger, meaning that you will not be able to choose which date we will reschedule your class on.
  9. I am not available on the dates listed on your website, can I register for a private workshop instead?
    Yes, you may! You may contact us at to schedule a private workshop during the weekdays only. There is an additional fee of ₱500.00 for one-on-one private workshops, but if you can bring two or three more friends with you, you can split the additional fee among yourselves. If there will be four of you attending, we’ll waive the additional fee. Private workshops on weekends will only be allowed for groups of 3-6.
  10. Are your basic leather crafting kits for sale?
    Yes! You may purchase a basic leather crafting kit for ₱2,000.00. You can pick it up at the studio or have it shipped. Shipping fees however, must be shouldered by the customer.
  11. I already have the tools but I need some guidance, can I bring my own tools with me to your workshop?
    Yes, if you want to bring your own tools, contact us so we can deduct the cost of the tools from the workshop fee.
  12. Why is Basic Leather Crafting a prerequisite to other classes such as Introduction to Crafting Leather Bags?
    Other leather crafting workshops require extensive saddle stitching and hole punching, which can only be executed properly with prior practice. Therefore it’s best to first get acquainted with the fundamentals and practice on small items before moving on to more challenging projects. Also, it’s very expensive to make mistakes on bigger pieces of leather.
  13. Where is Soul Flower’s studio located?
    Studio 925, Soul Flower’s very own silversmithing studio is located at Unit 2H, 22 Malingap Street, Teacher’s Village, Diliman, Quezon City.
  14. Do you have workshops in other venues aside from your studio?
    Yes! we usually have Basic Leather Crafting workshops at CraftMNL’s studio in Makati and sometimes at Hey Kessy’s studio too! Check them out and follow them online to get updates.
  15. Are all the materials provided?
    Yes! No need to bring anything to our Basic Leather Crafting workshop. For the Introduction to Crafting Leather Bags Workshop however, participants are required to bring their craft kits, whether their own or the craft kits provided in the previous class.


  1. How do I pay?
    You may pay either through PayPal or BPI bank deposit/online fund transfer. Bank details will be provided as you check out.
  2. When’s the deadline for payment?
    You may settle payment within five (5) days after you place an order. Your order will be automatically cancelled after 5 days without payment.
  3. Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately, we only ship within the Philippines.
  4. How much is shipping?
    Shipping is free for orders above ₱300.00. A flat shipping fee of ₱50.00 applies to all orders below ₱300.00.
  5. When can I expect my order?
    Transit time for orders within Metro Manila is one (1) working day. Provincial shipping, on the other hand, takes two (2) to three (3) working days. You can count the transit time from the day we receive proof of payment.
  6. How do I track my order?
    A tracking number and instructions on how to use it will be sent to your e-mail once your order is in transit.
  7. Do you accept custom orders?

  8. Do you do meet-ups? How about pick-ups?
    We’re sorry, but we do not do meet-ups outside our studio. Instead, we have an effective way of shipping your items right to your doorstep! And if you’d rather pay us a visit and pick your item up from our studio, we’d love to have you over too!
  9. What if my size is unavailable?
    Not to worry, you can contact us before checking out for adjustments.
  10. Do you accept bulk orders?
    Yes, we definitely do! Please send us an e-mail at regarding the items you’d wish to purchase in bulk and we ‘d love to discuss the terms with you.
  11. If my order is lost in transit, how do we go about it?
    In the unlikely event that your package gets lost in transit, we will send you a new one!
  12. My package hasn’t arrived yet, and when I checked the tracking number the courier says that it is on hold. What do i do?
    Don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you. Once a package is on hold, the courier will contact us immediately. We’ll contact you via e-mail, text message, or phone call regarding some details needed about your address, such as landmarks, and the best time to re-schedule for delivery. Once we have the information, we’ll forward it to the courier and all you need to do is sit back and relax.
