Soul Flower Accessories

There is nothing more important to us than your satisfaction. For customers within the Philippines, if the item/s received is/are damaged or not as described on this site, we would be happy to replace the goods for free. Simply send us an e-mail at hello@soulflower.co of a photo and a brief description as to why the items are unsatisfactory to you. Please send your complaint within seven (7) working days after receipt of item, and we will immediately respond if and when you can expect the replacement.

International customers who received damaged items are entitled to a full refund after a photo of the damage is sent to hello@soulflower.co.

We try to be as accurate and descriptive with our items as much as we can. Please make sure to read the item descriptions, especially the size details, as we do not replace items on the grounds that they are not the right size. If you have concerns on certain items, please do not hesitate to contact us before you complete your purchase. We will be happy to accommodate your special requests.

With Soul Flower, repair is free forever! So if at anytime, you wish to have your item repaired, simply contact us HERE and we’ll respond with details on how we can go about the repair.

If you wish to cancel or postpone the class you signed up for, please let us know at least a week in advance. A full refund will only be given to a confirmed cancellation.

There will be absolutely no refunds if you were not able to attend the class. We will have to re-schedule your class to the next available slot. If you do notify us a week in advance of the workshop that you plan to cancel or reschedule your attendance, you will be treated as a chance passenger. What this means is that we will actively prioritize other registrants over you for the next available workshop. You will only be notified of an available slot a day before the workshop itself.

For workshops that are underfilled, there is a chance that we might dissolve the workshop and re-schedule the participants for the next workshop. However we will only do this once as we consider it disrespectful to our students if we keep cancelling the classes they are in.

For private workshops, please inform us an hour in advance if you are going to be late. If you still haven’t arrived after 45 minutes without giving us prior notice. We will consider you as a no-show and cancel your private workshop and you will not get a refund. We can re-schedule your class but it will be a date of our choosing.

Full payment must be made within 5 banking days of reserving a slot.
